This one came through Alexander Realty and Construction, a builder we work with regularly on new construction and pre-listing refreshes. They'd just finished a new build in Lake Wylie and needed the interior brought to a clean, market-ready finish. We prepped the walls — patching, caulking, and sanding rough spots smooth — then covered the floors and furniture, taped off everything that wasn't getting painted, and pulled the switch plates for clean lines.
From there we cut in by hand, rolled the walls and ceilings, and finished the trim, doors, baseboards, and crown. We wrapped by cleaning top to bottom so the home was ready to show.
